Engine runs rough

I have a 92 f150 6 cylinder. Has been running very well, but just started it this morning and started missing engine shaking and running very rough. Lots of fuel smell from exhaust and will barely idle or shut off. When I turn the key on the fuel pump usually runs for a second or two then shutts off, but now doesn't shut off.

Does anyone have some thoughts? I would appreciate it

Sounds like a bad ECM. Even if the fuel pump relay is stuck the truck should still run.
