Tuner and EGR Setup
2009 F350 CC 6.4 diesel SRW
Contemplating a tuner. One of the older H & S ones. From what I have read when upping the power slightly with the deletes in place the EGR valve is kept closed. I also read that just closing the valve and not using block off plates can cause the EGR to stop up with carbon and require expensive replacement if the tuner is removed and the truck returned to stock.
Any experiences along those lines?
