AC Oil Amount?

I have a restriction in the accumulator and/or orifice tube on my 1991 F150 with a 5.0. I'm planning to replace them and flush the condenser, evaporator and lines. The only thing I can find is total amount of mineral oil for R12, 10 ounces. I had converted to 134A years ago and can't remember the amount of PAG 46.

I won't be replacing the compressor so it's not total oil. Any ideas how much should be added for this job? Also, 44 ounces of 134A sound about right?

Thanks in advance!

flush everything except the compressor, and put it back together.. the compressor holds enough oil to lube the system. I get 20 a year, oil logged systems in here. Never add freon plus oil charge, never. Everyone grabs a can in spring to top off these older systems, and they oil log and kill the cooling...
