It's alive! It's alive! When I got the new pck sensor, I tested it's voltage output while waving a metallic object across the surface of the magnet. It was putting out the same values as the old sensor so I believe the old sensor was still good. I replaced the pck sensor anyway and pigtail. Put the ac compressor, tensioner pulley back on. Put a new serpentine belt back on. It started right up. One of the pck sensor's wires had a break in the insulation but the wire was in tact. I think that the break was close enough to the block or something else metallic and it was intermittently shorting to ground, screwing up the signal to the pcm. I did pull the ebp sensor and clean out the tube anyway but I believe the pck's wire was the culprit. Thanks for everyone's help.
Glad you got it. Those electrical gremlins cam be bad.
