Sub Box for explorer sport
Alright Im trying to draw up a box for two eD 12'Os to fit in the back of my explorer sport. The thing is in the back there is a cover thats about 12''s high that will roll out and cover up whatever is back there, question is should I keep the box short enough to fit under the cover or screw it and go for a taller box with less stealth? Is it worth the added room and risk to have a taller box out in the open or no? Thanks All.

I have my two 10" O's in a down fire box. 12" is not enough for a 12" sub. I wouldn't go less then 1.5" around the perimeter of the sub. If you want to go taller you can always tint the rear windows. Or you can make the box angle up or down. What are you dimmensions and did you have any blueprints in mind?

basically what I have drawn up now is slanting the subs at an angle facing the back in two seperate boxes with my amps in the middle __ __

/ \ and like <---- that from the side. The base would be 17 1/3 " at bottom and like 4'' at top. Each side that subs will be mounted to will be 15"by15" Any suggestions/Help?
