Rough Idle when cold

I am having a problem with my '89 F150 300 not wanting to idle when I first crank it up. It will run for a couple of seconds and then cut off. I have already replaced the IACV. Any suggestions?

Check the plug wires for rust in the ends.

Maybe moisture in the dist cap

Moisture in the cap can be a common problem. Is it after sitting overnight (giving moisture lots of time to get in there?).
