Yep....those look correct. Did they come from a model year Taurus stated in that Tech Thread?
I recommend you have them tested at your local parts store. If any fail, the salvage yard from which you bought them should allow an exchange. YMMV.

Well that thread didn't mention the Taurus years. One has the yellow/white/red with green wires and one has an orange wire. Think I might have grabbed the wrong one there but I can exchange it for another if so. Gonna head to autozone to get them tested Sunday morning when I'm home from work.
Today I got both of the alternators tested and they passed. I got the wires and fuse mostly squared about except for soldering the green wire. I went to attach the alternator to the truck but it just wasn't lining up and working right. I'm not done yet but I figure that's enough for today. Worked for 4 hours in 100+ temps. For now cry baby sits until I can finish it. Any tips on how the bolts are supposed to work??? New alt. Has no threads in it.
Well I got it all done. Seems to be working well and now got the truck plugged into the tender to get a full charge on the battery to be one hundred percent sure! Thanks for the help!!!
