....I'm going to guess 'no' they won't. Ford kept the same bolt patterns for a long, long time - but there are a few variations. The 250 wheels should be 8 bolt wheels.
I have a '73 4x4 and an '86 4x4, both 150's and they have 9" rear ends and 5 on 5 1/2" bolt patterns.
I don't need to guess, My 66 F100 is on a 79 F150 Trailer Special chassis also. Five lug wheels are the same 5 on 5.5inch pattern since the 40s and right on into the Y2Ks. . . . I took aftermarket custom wheels off my 66, & put them on 79 chassis just fine.
Wheel styles may vary some, but unless you got huge rotors & calipers, or your 4X4 hubs are wierd, wheels should interchange.
Mid 60's wheels are seldom more than 6" wide though. FBp
To finish, (I punched wrong key & entered my reply too soon) the F250s have been 8 lug pattern since the 40's also. They have remained same gauge also.
BUT as mtflat said answer is NO! F250 wheels will not bolt on to your 79 F150 hubs & axles since they're 5 lug 5 on 5.5 and not 8 lug as on the F250.
You'd have to install F240 4X4 front & rear axle assy's in F150 chassis to make it work. FBp
