Wondering if any pair of 460 4wd headers will work on my 1976 f100 that was originally a 6 cylinder truck, and was swaped with a 460, really dont wanna have to buy swap headers, i feel like any headers will work becuase the frame is the same.

Huh? You basically answered your own question.. Your 300 was swapped for a 460.
And they're called "swap" headers because the 460 was never offered in 4WD F100s or F150s.
Your probably wondering if they make cheaper swap headers something like the Headman ones. As far as I know L-L and mad dog are the only options. Good luck.
I know you're on a budget but when dealing with non-standard drivetrain configurations there is likely some issue that will reveal itself unless thorough research is done at the outset.
Another option is Sanderson 3/4-length headers (PN FF461) but they're relatively pricey. However, they can provide the greatest flexibility in avoiding clearance issues as indicated above with L&L. In the end, what is it worth to ya?........ https://www.sandersonheaders.com/hea..._block_429-460
On the flip side, buy a welder and modify at set of low-buck headers .. the driver's side will need to altered to move inboard to avoid the front driveshaft. Pie-cut, bend, and re-weld... and you get to keep the welder.
The header build if you're able to fabricate then read up on the F100 Viking build. I don't know the exact price point but the dude purchased U-bends and flanges off eBay? And made his own
