96 PSD Crew Cab Electric Window diagnostic help request
I've now had my crew cab PSD for a couple years. Its always been electric window challenged on the passenger side. I've now done so many things trying to understand what's going on its gotten confusing so hopefully someone can straighten me out 
I've replaced the master window control in the driver's door. I have confirmed functionality of both electric motors in both directions by disconnecting the motor connectors and using jumper wires to swap what's connected to what to drive the motor.
The passenger front window, when connected as it should be, goes up but not down while the rear goes down but not up.
I've concluded that something seems amiss in the wiring harness somewhere but don't know what or how to further debug.
