I'm 99.9% sure I have an injector failure on my hands. It's miss firing. I can still accelerate just rough as all get out. Called Ford, guess what. $380.00 +$180.00 Core= NOPE! Question is, who has the best bang for my buck. Not wanting to pull sleds or anything, just wanting good performance and a reliable truck. The truck came with Ts Tunes, everything else is bone stock I'm sure. Will be my daily driver my camper, wash trailer, and mobile shop... Any push in a good direction is appreciated..
160/0% nozzles will suit you really well, look at my sig , perfect all around (towing, daily, and when feeling wild rice burner)
PS.
Make sure you get some custom tunes if you go anything over stock so you can feel the difference.

Reason: fat finger phone syndrome.
Seconding the recomendation for Jim, Rosewood Diesel. Hard to beat for subject matter expertise, customer service and value. If you're comfortable pulling yours reach out to him.
Thank you sirs. The tech talk is eluding me to a point. Class 8 trucks I have tackled everything except internal engine and internal transmission, however, this will be my first time in a cornbinder on light pickups. SEEMS IM ONLY 9 YEARS OLD WITH THIS...lol.
Have you checked uvch's yet? It would be where I would start. Then a buzz test and cylinder contribution test if needed. If you just want to upgrade your injectors then I would recommend rosewood as well
Unfortunately all I know of what you mentioned is the harnesses. Buzz test, contribution test, I got nothing. I've seen it in the forums but the lingo gets me AND I do not have the meter needed or even if I did, I do not know how to read it...
90/0 is stock. There is nothing wrong with staying stock.
Depending on what you use your truck for even a small jump to 160s requires a bit more work and money to keep the truck operating in stock exhaust gas temperature range it was designed for if you tow a decent load. It usually opens up the mod door if you want to go down that path, it's rewarding but not cheap.
