P.A.M. for 2003 Ex

I have been without rear parking aid sensors for a year or so on our 2003 7.3 Limited Ex. I finally got around to replacing the sensors and have now discovered the parking aid module (P.A.M.) is bad. After searching, it appears this is a discontinued part from Ford. Does anyone know where to source a N.O.S. unit or possibly a rebuild or even used unit? Is there a P.A.M. from another model that will work? I am pretty sure this is the same p/n for the Super Duty but not sure if another p/n will work on my Ex.

The part number is 1c7t-15k866-aa.
