Sounds like a driveline related vibration.
Combination of things to consider would be the U-joints if they're bad, the carrier bearing coupled to an unbalanced driveline.
I've read some have found missing weights which lead to rebalance or replacing the drive line. Their follow up was that the vibration then went away but cost about 9 bills.

you'll need a 3 prong pulley puller tool.
Also a length of rigid pipe that's just large enough to slide over the spline so you can use it to pound the new bearing back in place.
When you have the driveline out, check your differential yoke for excessive play. Hopefully there isn't any and it doesn't leak.

If it's a bent wheel it would have happen after you had your tires balanced. Because the vibration seem to be under load I would put the *** end on jack stands and do a complete inspection.Busted spring, shackle,u bolts and spin the wheels.Check the bearings. If all looks good, than time to check balance on the drive-line.Also double check your lug nuts, sometimes tire shops fail to torque the nuts.

This may seem unusual but I had a shake that felt like the front end at highway speeds. Thought i tracked it down to front rotors that were original. After replacing the fronts no change. Turned out to be a warped rear rotor causing my steering and what i thought front end vibration. Replaced the rears and shake was gone
