Do you have a ranch hand bumper? This may sound crazy but if you do, remove it then go for a drive. It may be the bumper. I read on another forum that someone had a vibration at speed and it turned out the bumper was causing it due to the bad aerodynamics.

Sounds like a driveline related vibration.
Combination of things to consider would be the U-joints if they're bad, the carrier bearing coupled to an unbalanced driveline.

I've read some have found missing weights which lead to rebalance or replacing the drive line. Their follow up was that the vibration then went away but cost about 9 bills.

I went ahead and bought a new carrier bearing tonight. Found the rubber is torn on mine . Any tips on removal and install

you'll need a 3 prong pulley puller tool.
Also a length of rigid pipe that's just large enough to slide over the spline so you can use it to pound the new bearing back in place.

When you have the driveline out, check your differential yoke for excessive play. Hopefully there isn't any and it doesn't leak.

It's not leaking but I can move it up and down just barely. Like not even enough to see or measure really

Installed new carrier but no result. I'm thinking maybe a bent wheel?

If it's a bent wheel it would have happen after you had your tires balanced. Because the vibration seem to be under load I would put the *** end on jack stands and do a complete inspection.Busted spring,shackle,u bolts and spin the wheels.Check the bearings.If all looks good,than time to check balance on the drive-line.Also double check your lug nuts,sometimes tire shops fail to torque the nuts.

That spacer is for either a lift kit or the previous owner was trying to fix the shake.

This may seem unusual but I had a shake that felt like the front end at highway speeds. Thought i tracked it down to front rotors that were original. After replacing the fronts no change. Turned out to be a warped rear rotor causing my steering and what i thought front end vibration. Replaced the rears and shake was gone

I installed the lift and spacer probably 5 years ago. Just didn't know if that spacer was needed. And it has new centric rotors all around

If it's lifted leave it in.

If you haven't yet, take some temp readings on your rotors to isolate a sticky caliper causing the vib. Easiest is to do a walk around touching each wheel for heat discrepancies.

You can also find these IR thermometers everywhere;

Isolate that it's either in the front or the back.
Feedback will be felt in the steering, brake pedal, or seat.
