Looking for pictures of interior combinations for a red truck.
I was set on doing all black till I was inside an all black truck and it was just too dark and lost all the styling of the interior at a glance. I think they can look really sharp, just think it looses something half of the time. Also too close to my Mustangs interior and has more of a 1960s+ feel to me.
Been searching google for a while, just seeing if anyone has seen a good combination. Leaning towards a cream color at this time, but looking for all ideas.
As I was reading your post I was thinking cream too. Saw an older Dodge sedan with a cream or beige and sort of dark brown interior last month. Really looked good.
Although mine is not complete, I bought it and it came with a brown interior that I like. I also agree that a cream color would look nice, but here's a picture of mine and that can give you an idea of what a brown may look like.
Also if you live where it gets hot and do not have an AC, I would avoid black as it will feel like you are in an oven when you drive and park it.
Yeah I was thinking the cream would match well with the grille. Only problem is it needs to be balanced with a little bit of chrome and/or black, otherwise it looks to Candy Cane Christmas to me. Course too much and it looses the 50s feel too.
If the truck was blue or green I'd go brown like that in a heart beat. One of my favorite color combinations. If I had a 40s truck that's probably what I'd end up doing.
I think red with a white accent worked in there somehow would look sharp. But definitely add me to the list for a cream interior. Grey could look good, too, but I would lean towards cream.

Yes I see what you mean. But I think I f you had a black carpet and belts that should help balance it. Plus if you did more of a cream color rather than a bright white it wouldn't give that Christmassy look as much.
Here are a couple of pictures of my red 56 with a brown interior. I had always planned black but it did not look right. I looked at oxblood or maroon but it did not seem right. My son suggested brown and I like how the red on the truck brings out a red tint in the brown.

Wow I love this! I want to do something like this on mine. Thanks for sharing.
