shop space needed-
anyone in Carroll County know of shop space available to rent? I need ~1k sq/ft with electricity and an overhead door, don't care if there's ac, water, anything like that.

unfortunately, Craigslist seems to have been taken over by realtors auto-blasting the same piece of space every day for months on end....you'd think they'd notice nobody's been renting the space, maybe it's priced too high?

I check them as I can- I'm looking across the county, and a lot of it's small towns and farms. No luck so far, I keep hoping to find someone with a non-working farm or something that has an implement shed or barn sitting idle. I'm not trying to be a business tycoon and rent the Chysler Building, I just need a shop to work on my many projects.....and most realtors don't wanna deal with a little guy- not enough commission in it for them.
