Happy Taco Tuesday Nevada FTE and friends! Stay cool if at all possible.
Donna, glad to hear you have a wonderful boss. Also glad to hear you have made another sale. I take it this is not the person who stiffed Jimmy on the motorcycle?
Jim
Hi Jim. No, my boss isn't the same guy that stole the trike. However, my boss is renting our new building from the thief.
Thanks for a compliments guys!
Another weekend. On Wednesday I see my Orthopedic doctor about knee surgery, I'm loosing the use of my left leg. Then on Thursday we will be in Carson City the wife has a doctors appointment. So a busy week ahead.
Hi gang, hope everyone is enjoying summer. It hasn't snowed here for nearly a month.
Donna, I see you have a new line of work. That should keep the bills paid. Probably be a nice job too.
I have been enjoying my redone bath, it turned out very nicely.
Kermydog, you sound like me with the bad left knee. Mine is really bad in my mind but the VA says it has to be much worse before they would give me a new one.
I will try to be around here more often.
Have a great sunday.

Everyone have a great Sunday.
Hi Bruce.
Been awhile.
I have had 3 different Orthopedic Surgeons tell me its time. But I have been a little too scared to start replacements. But I believe I have found a doctor I'm comfortable with. I'm going Wednesday to see Dr Meredick in Bishop @ Northern Inyo Hospital. I have seen him twice & he & his office have been the most through. So I have some questions & then scheduling.
By the way the wife & I are back in Hawthorne. The wife was offered a SPED position here and took it. I'm happy to be back close to doctors, hospital & a food store.
Tonopah was not for me at all. We had to travel to Bishop or here just to food shop. The Solaris's there is a very high priced dirt, unfriendly store. They closed the clinic & hospital last year. I hear Renown has just opened the clinic but doesn't take Medicaid & other insurances. So most are still going to Bishop & here.
The up side is we got our house built in Goldfield. It needs the interior finished but its weather tight. Will we ever live there who knows. If the gold mine ever starts again might just sell it. But its 100% paid for, only expense is property tax & $5.00/ month min water @ sewer bill.
I bet. I will not buy a vehicle without working AC anymore. Not worth it to me. If someone gives me one with no AC or non working AC that is different, but I will not buy one that way. My comfort is too important at my age.
