Forgive my language admins, but oh my f**king g*d. $20 says Jiffy Lube did it. He sure got 'lubed'. K-Y all the way there...

Last time I saw an oil change near that bad was on a 98 Honda Accord and performed by Lindsey Honda in Dublin, OH. Drain plug was impacted on to the point where I had to chisel off the aluminum crush washer and un-thread the plug to remove it. Oil filter was way beyond overtorqued, took at least 100ft.lbs to break it loose. SOO glad it wasn't my car, and this is why I do my own work

I just re-looked at the pictures and it looks like a new pan won't be needed as long as you're creative. I'd just cut off the protrusions and TIG weld on a 1/2" or so NPT Bung and put in a hex head pipe plug. Not including labor for remove/reinstall and assuming you can weld a steel pan, it should cost about $10-15 to get the bung from JEGS or Summit Racing, and a couple bucks for a pipe plug from Lowes/Menard's/Home Depot.

Alternately, instead of the plug, you could install a valve like the Fumoto Engineering setup available for tons of stock applications. When I do the next oil change in my truck, it's getting a drain valve for less messy oil changes in the future

Its not my truck,if it were mine I would have jumped right in and made something work...I knew however if I did jump and it would become my
problem to fix . I am betting I can tap it for something ,welding would be hard with oil dripping however

True, welding would be difficult with the pan in place. However, I don't think there's enough thickness to support thread tapping. If in doubt, measure. Bungs are made for this.
