I have a 99 250 4x4 psd and a very dangerous problem. Last night I discovered that the passenger side brake has been rubbing against the inside of the tire. The hose is worn down to the braded structure. Ford told me it will probably burst in less than 500 miles. Les Schwab tires will be replacing it next week. They said it was most likely caused from the bent metal brackets(the ones on the frame the hoses come out of). The brackets were likely bent when brakes where redone and someone let the calipers dangle. Check your lines, this scared the hell out of me.
