Are the Dick Cepeck wheels a top quality part?

I have had a few friends over the years that ran DC wheels or tires. I never saw or heard of a problem. They rate them at 3640 lbs so that is pretty typical. I think you have a newer SD, so if you get them let me know what you think about the 18x9 "0" offset. I fear they will stick out a little too much for me.
