Front Wheel Offset?

I never noticed before today, but for some strange reason, my passenger wheel protrudes from the wheel well approximately 1/2" or so. It does not on the drivers side.

Both wheels and tires are the same size and same offset.

What could cause this?

It's not causing a problem, but kinda bugs me now as to why...

No idea's?

I'm going to swap the 2 front wheels around this weekend to see if it follows the wheel, or stays on the passenger side...
