Weird no start

There is some sort of tune on it I'm assuming since I found a bully dog programmer. At wide open today, 70 plus mph icp voltage got up to 4.00 and hpop got up to 2900, it seems I may be fighting more than one issue.
Icp at low idle is under 1.00 and yes I have all ford filters and caps now.
Truck runs great, starts great warm but still struggles to start in the morning. It cranks good, fires and then dies. Couple more cranks hpo comes up, fires and runs.

Today on my way to Houston, 80mph and 2200rpm with cruise control on....51.9 IPR, 2.23 ICP volts, 48.0 FICM 1904 HPOP. I will go out and see where I can park it nose down. I will be able to check filters next week when my buddy sends me a set of big MAC filter sockets. Thank you all for all the help.

I parked it last night with the plan of pulling oil and fuel filter caps this morning prior to starting. Went out pulled the fuel filter and the filter and housing full of fuel, good sign. Pull the oil filter cap and it comes out dry, not good sign. Pull cap and the filter was not attached. I attempted to snap them together with no success. I called the dealer asking if they had a cap in stock? Sure do come on down.
Oh look the factory cap and my cap are not the same, mines taller and looks different inside. I take the cap over to service and show it to the service writer who told me mine was OEM. Guess what your jackass mechanic lied to you about it being the wrong cap. You might wanna address this with someone who cares.
Went home snapped my filter to the cap and cranked the truck, got it started. I let it idle a bit then shut it down. I let it sit for 15 minutes and pulled the cap.....wait for it.....it has oil dripping out of the cap and filter as I remove them.
Will see what happens tommorow morning when I let it sit over night. Thank you to all that helped me with this, it's greatly appreciated.

First crank and fire for a second, then a few more cranks would get it started. I wired up idle into it and when I get it started and the up idle mod catches it idles great. Thanks for your help!

I have parked in facing down hill, up hill and it doesn't seem to matter. When I first start it in the morning, it cranks and fires right up. Then quickly dies as if it's fuel starved. Next crank starts and dies right away, third crank and pressure shoots up above 2000 and comes right down to high 600s. Drive away and she is fine all day.
