29 and 49 on the eec connector. O2 sense wires. I get that voltage at the o2 sensor as well. Pretty sure it was there with and without the sensor plugged in.

Something sounds a little off there. I'd disconnect the O2 sensor and the EEC connector, and check for continuity between the O2 sensor pin and Battery Positive.

I wish it was that easy. Little to no resistance down both wires from eec to the sensor plug. No connection to vehicle positive or ground. I dont remember if I actually bothered to change the ohm range while checking that though so I might have to check again. If there is a short to positive its in the several thousand ohm range or higher because I only had 1.3v without the sensor plugged in and not 12.
