You are just going to have to start with basics and probability. Check fuses to make sure you didnt pinch a wire and cause a short. Check all the wiring in the areas you worked for connectors unplugged or not fully seated. Ensure if you have a remote mounted starter relay that all the fusible links are reinstalled in the correct location at the relay.
If you discharged the AC to remove the engine it will have to be recharged to work.
