im surprised how many want one of these, ive made 1 already but have a lot of physical conditions from doing a lot with out help form some one, and every one i know is busy. So, if i were to make up lets say a dozen of these what would people be willing pay for 1? Im not promising anything, im just asking.
STARKER!!!! Thanks Rich, i made mine out of 1.50 dia tubing so if i make factory replacements i'll order a 2" die, no biggy there. I just had to make a 150mile round trip this morning and now i can barley walk, this is why im afraid to try to do this.

I'd love to be able to get one for around $100 but I know OEM ones go for much more than that and I'm sure there's plenty of people on here with a lot more money than me that would pay more

that i could never do, if i sold 1 for $100. it would cost me money and thats not gonna happen, but thank you for the interest.
Yes that one is for a 77, all the top and middle and verticial bar measurements are the same between both. The difference in the 77 verus the 78/79 is the bottom mount plate (to bumper) is square ended on a 77, and rounded on a 78/79.
The other difference is the angle of the top plate arms and how the top plates curve to match the bumper angle.
Here is what you get when you put a 77 guard on a 78/79 bumper. Just need a little modification.
That truck is a 79 and the owner Alan aka earthquake68 put a 76/77 outer and inner grill shell (he got from me BTW) on it. And I GAVE him that push guard for all the help he has given me on my trucks. He has the skills to make is fit for sure.
Oh well, that was just wishful thinking
If you don't mind sharing, roughly how much would it cost you to make one?
i cant make just one or it would cost a lot. I need to buy a new die for my bender which is $200. I made my own out of 1.625 dia tubing plus its made from chromoly tubing that i had laying around from my day's of building racing chassis's, plus i made mine a little different than the factory ones. Thats why i say id have to build at least a dozen to be worth my while,Sorry buddy.

no problem, I'll just keep up my search for an OEM one. It may take a while, But I'll find one I can afford some day
