how do you remove pull switches on the dash?
I am wanting to do some basic clean up and minor repair work on my dash and was wondering the best way to remove all the pulls on the dashboard. I have the headlight pull out without a problem...
How do you get the following off:
1. Ignition switch?
2. Windshield wiper switch?
3. Hazard blinking light (to the right of the steering wheel)
4. Hazard light pull?
5. Choke pull?
6. Heater pull?
I know, I know. There is an easy way to do, but for the life of me, can't figure it out.
Thanks for all the help!

1. Ignition switch?<<
Insert the key into the lock cylinder, turn it to ACC,. Insert a paper clipinto the little hole.
Turn the cylinder around and it will pull out.
The electrical switch retainer can be removed from the rear, on the backside of the dash, and the switch pulled out of the dash.
>>2. Windshield wiper switch?<<
Remove the ****. (On the small end of the ****, there is a slot. Push the side of a flat bladed screwdriver into the slot, and pull the **** off. )
The "nut" is inside the bezel. Unscrew it, and remove the switch from the backsideof the dash.
>>3. Hazard blinking light (to the right of the steering wheel)<<
Not sure, I think this just pops out from the front.
>>4. Hazard light pull?<<
I think this one is the same for the wiper.
>>5. Choke pull?<<
Same for the wiper.
>>6. Heater pull?<<
Same for the wiper. Some though, use a nut on the back side.

If you pull it out and your lights come on, keep the button pressed, stick the whole thing back in until the lights go out, pull the **** back out and then release the switch.
I have a broken switch off that I can take a picture of to show you the button if you wish.
BTW...I still haven't taken any other switches off. They seem to be real stubborn and I don't want to inflict any more pressure on them to get them off. Oh well.
