I didn't do much today & with the wind outside I didn't fell like going anywhere. I did some house cleaning, laundry, watched Ariana trying to learn how to crawl, but she kept face planting & finally gave up. Lol
I did eventually have to go pick the kids up from school early so Karl could get ready for his very 1st job interview at Taco Bell. He got the job! Ofcourse Cammy being a Shift Manager there, put in a good word for him. So, it was pretty much a given that he got the job.
I wish I could find a place to work where someone would do that for me. Ive been holding for Paughco (where Jimmy works), but Jimmy is giving up on them. They told him they'd hire me when business picked up, but what they say & do are 2 different things obviously. Oh well, maybe one of these days I'll get a job out here in Stagecoach...maybe at the car lot or pizza place down the street even if it's only 2-3 days a week. Atleast then I could walk to walk & save on gas. I've gotta find something soon though, because I'm running out of money to help with the rent, groceries & bills. UGH! Say a little prayer for me please.
On a different note, tomorrow will be a long busy day. I plan on doing the Relay for Life Cancer Walk at Mills Park on Hwy 50E. in Carson City from 11am-11pm. If anyone wants to come join me & help support the fight against Cancer...(hint hint)
Have a great rest of your night & a fun filled weekend.
Yesterday was a fun day. We stopped by the bank on our way in to Carson to get Karl work shoes and pants at Walmart. Then we went to the 2016 Relay for Life Cancer Walk & spent about 4 hours there walking the track before coming home to a mouth watering smoked tri tip dinner with baked potatoes & corn on the cob. What a great way to end the day!
