Yeah I remember an episode of Leave it to Beaver that was like that...LOL
They damaged the car and had it fixed before the parents found out.. Only problem was that someone saw them getting towed and spilled the beans...LOL

Something like that happened to us. A friend hit a fence with his moms chebby II. went to another friends house to take the bumper off, went to the junkyard the next morning and got a good bumper then put it on so he could go home. Nobody ever knew. LOL
