My 2000 excursion 12v nv4500

Last october My colt stage 3 cam went flat.
it only had 18,000 miles on it, i bought it new and installed it correctly, using additive as well.
it started by losing the fuel pump lobe, then followed by the rest.
so i had a 98 12v p pump complete motor i had pulled from another truck sitting and decided to tear it down, send to machine shop and rebuild
they said i had to go .20 over, so i went with all cummins oem internals
went with cummins .20 over big bowl pistons, all new bearings and pins, head was decked and exhaust flange decked as well for flatness
it received hamilton valves, cummins seals, hamilton Beehive springs, and a little polishing
I went with a complet hamilton valvetrain this go around, because colt wouldnt do anything for my situation, i didnt expect them to replace my motor but they wouldnt even give my money back on the cam purchase, needless to say ill never be using them again.
got engine back together and decided on a custom coumpound turbo setup, with a stainless custome header to mount the small turbo up and forward, to allow the s480 to be burried and leave enough room for my hoodstack.

installed a new take off 2015 bumper
ended up re routing these hoses for clearence and heat

this is a stock oem cummins piece off of industrial or 4bt aplications, it is a remote oil filter mount, my oil filter is mounted rear of the transmission cross member
laid into it in 5th gear a little too hard i guess and smoked the gear, wasnt a bad fix just had to tear trans completely down and clean the metal out of it, new bearing and syncros, and of course new 5th gear and i was set
