Not sure if this is helpful or not but I just went through trying to get a kickdown cable for my 88 F150 302efi w/C6 (mine was frayed really bad). There from what I found none that hook up the same for the efi style. You will have to find one in the junkyard.
The kickdown cable has its self adjustment set up which a lot of times don't work the best. I ended up adjusting it around till it felt right after driving it not sure if you guys know a better way of adjusting it then the way I read.

a converted to efi a few years ago. with carb the c6 kickdown lever is pushed down to kickdown but efi cable pulls it.i reversed the lever on trans to pull motion and needed to add a ball stud instead of flat clip style on end of it.you might be able to find a core from newer truck with correct setup
