Hey guys looking to sell the truck, blue book puts it at 10,600 but I was thinking more around 12k. 02 lariat f350 crew cab 4x4 leather power everything dual power/heated seats
Now the main downfalls 348k miles and it was sideswiped a couple years ago. We replaced both passenger doors and bedside and changed color from good to dark blue pearl

There are two 7.3 trucks for sale near me an I will tell you about them and what they are asking for them just for the sake of comparison only.
The first is a 1999 crew cab short bed xlt with 200K. Has a front brush guard and is in good shape. Owner is asking 13K.
The second is a 2000 crew cab short bed xlt with 167K. It is in good shape at a buy here, pay here type dealer and they are asking 15K.
I would say that you may be asking to much at the 12K number, given the fact of the mileage and the body damage the it had.
That being said, all it takes is someone looking for a 7.3 to fall in love with it and hand over the cash.
