Casting numbers

Ok, so I had to order a rebuilt head after the machine shop I had try to fix mine screwed it up. I talked to the guy I ordered the rebuilt head from and told him I needed the YC2E casting number. When I got home tonight, it was sitting outside my door. Here's the problem, he sent me a 1C2E head instead. What is the difference between the two and can I go ahead and just use the 1C? After getting the run around from the machine shop for 2 weeks before they messed it up, fighting with them and now waiting another week and 1/2 just to get the wrong head, I'm past ready to get my truck back together!

After doing some side-by-side comparisons, I can't find any differences between the two heads. Anyone know what the difference is and if it really matters?

I don't think they are any different, I see references all over the Internet that includes the YC2E, 1C2E and 2C2E heads being the same.

Was able to get ahold of the reman place and they said that those 2 heads are interchangeable and there should be no problems. So, I know what I'll be doing this weekend!
