Problem with Injector leaking from top!

Problem with Injector leaking from top!
Has anyone ever had an Injector that was out of round at the top where the injector line connects into???
I can not get this injector to stop leaking... I looked at it real closely and it seem the end of the line does not sit perfectly flush!
The line looks great but injector tolerance is off!
Any input would be great!

Double checked!
No cross threading at all, double checked the threads!
Odd.. I swear that Injector is out of round, going to replace it...
