Let's talk 5.4....08' vs 10'

Currently own an 08' F-350 5.4 3.73 Reg cab 8' bed. SRW
Looking around the Internet and found a 2010 F-350 Same truck but DRW.
Got me thinking. Is there any power difference between the 08' and 10' 5.4?
I use this just for landscaping and plowing. Will I see A huge difference in power for towing my landscaping trailer or not really?

Thanks in advance

Engines power ratings are the same. The only difference may be if the dually has 4.10's or 4.30's I would recommend keeping your current truck and regearing it to 4.30 if you have stock tires then maybe look into a 5 star tuner. It will get rid of all the lag from the drive by wire in the throttle response and get your truck to shift way better than the stock strategy.
