I have a 2000 4wd Eddie Bauer expo, that needs parts, and a 2004 2wd Eddie Bauer Expo. Are the parts basically the same? Ex..the alternator, radiator, belts, etc? Any help/ advice is appreciated! Thanks!

EDIT: I just saw on your profile that you have an Expedition listed, click on over to that forum and I'm sure those good folks will be able to answer your questions.

Generally speaking, most parts stay within the same generation of F150/Expedition. 97-02 (along with 03 & 04 Heritage) are one generation and 03-06 are the second generation. For bodywork/interior parts, I generally look at the headlights and headlight switch(es) to spot compatibility. All 97-02 Expeditions & F150s use the same headlight assemblies across the board, while headlight switches are broken down to 97-98, 99 and 00-02.
www.rockauto.com is an excellent resource for cross-referencing parts. It would be awesome if they had an Android app, especially for trips to the salvage yard
