I've been wondering how much the superdutys weigh does anyone have any idea of what the weight is of a superduty with a powerstroke? does anyone know the weight difference between a v-10 and a powerstroke?

Based on many weights I've seen posted, I'd guess that your truck weighs 7500 lbs with full fuel and you in the drivers seat. The Powerstroke weighs about 500 lbs more than the V10, which is one of the reasons I didn't get it. I'm already pushing my weight limit with my camper loaded without adding another 500 lbs of engine weight.

Hey all, I made a dump run the other day and on the way out asked the scale attendant what my truck weight was empty. I have a '99 F250 SD, 5.4L, Super Cab. The weight with me and a half tank of gas was 6380. I know the V10 and PSD are a bit heavier tho'.

You can get your truck weighed at a truck stop that has certified CAT scales. I just weighed mine...
My 2003 F250 SD Lariat CC SB FX4 6.0 diesel with a full tank of fuel, myself and my wife, and enough food and luggage for a weekend at the camper was 8000#.

After trip to dump this morning, with the Leer shell in place, 3/4 tank of gas with misc. b/s in the back floor board, and me at 200 lbs., all together weighed 7360 lbs. (V-10, C/C, 4x4)
