I am doing this same thing but I am lucky as I have a parts truck with the power unit I am moving to the cab I am rebuilding.

the non-power (NP) firewall (FW) has the holes in it needed to bolt up the power boost unit(PBU). Once you remove the NP master there is a plate held to the FW with 2 nuts & bolts thru the other 2 holes.

Now I have not looked deeper into this as I have the parts I will use from the parts truck but I can if you give me time:

I don't know if the pedal assy are the same between the 2. Both of mine are for manual tranys and will swap them and why I did not look deeper into this.

I think the master push rods are different but again did not look into this deeper.

I do not know if the brake lines between the NP & PBU masters will inter change, I will use the parts truck lines.

From what I have looked into the calipers are the same even if the 2 trucks have different wheel bolt patterns (5x4.5 / 5x5) and why the 2 different parts for rotors.

From what I remember the wheel bearing where the same between the 2 rotors

Rotors will NOT interchange between spindles - cant use 5x5 rotors on 5x4.5 spindles and the other way around - I tried!

Did not look into masters - again going to use the one from parts truck as it was working till truck rolled on its roof.

IIRC rear brake size (shoes & drums) and wheel cly were the same between NP & PBU

Hope this helps some. If you need me to check on something I have both pedal assy in a box along with masters/PBU to look at push rods and think I sure I have all brake lines as I am going to use the best of the 2 trucks but most likely use the parts truck ones as they seam to be better
