6.0 IPR replacement
Sorry if this has been addressed already, I have googled IPR replacement and seen some really nice videos. I'm to the point of taking the IPR sensor out on my 2003 F250 but cannot get it out, very tight. Every video I've seen they said it shouldn't be that tight, even with a cheater bar I cant get it to loosen. Do I have to relieve pressure on the system or is there something that I'm missing?
I'm soaking it in PB Blaster to hopefully loosen it.

I hope that your wrench is hitting something because they are not that tight. If someone replaced it and over tightened it. the threads could have been damaged.

When I replaced my HPOP a few weeks ok, ant took out my IPR it was finger tight after a 1/2-3/4 turn with the socket.
Are you positive you are not binding on the manifold with the socket or ratchet?
