i have a little give in my steering wheel is there any way to fix that..

The best way i know to check linkage parts for wear is to have someone turn the wheel slightly and watch to see if the pitman arm moves slightly before the rest of the parts.if you dont see any movement that is not normal then you probably have a warn out tie rod end. or worse a worn steering gear.

I fixed mine by replacing the power steering gear.

Have someone turn the wheel back and forth while you watch all the steering linkages to see where the play is.

Look on top of your steering box and there should be a nut threaded onto a bolt that goes into the box and there is a slit on top of the bolt. loosen the nut and then you can turn the 'bolt' ...i forget which way is tighten and which way is loosen....but give it a try!!

also check the Kingpins. that was the last thing in my steering to replace and it made a noticable difference after the alignment
