Red face need help really bad

hey guys i turned my 250$ f350 one ton for wheel drive 7.3 turbo powerstroke into a mud truck. heres where im having problems.

i got it home washed it a year ago let it sit until i moved. well its been a year now. i went start it a few months back and the ecm had some smoke come out of her....... i am running the ts6 performance chip in it as well.. i put a new crank shaft position sensor in it, a new ipr, and new orphice tube kit. im not getting any smoke out of the short exhaust i have on it which comes from the turbo through the hood stack....... but will pop off with either (i know its terrible to use ether)...
any help would be awesome... dont want to take it to ford and spend an arm and a leg

You had smoke come out of the pcm and you haven't thought to check there first does the wait to start light come on try unplugging your chip see if anything changes

Using starting fluid when you have no WTS light is a complete waste of time (and, as hinted above, a good way to blow up your intake or worse). Sure, it'll fire, BRIEFLY, on the starting fluid, but no WTS generally means no PCM power, so it'll just burn off that starting fluid and go back to a crank-no-start.

FIRST thing to do is restore PCM power. There is no "stock chip". So install a known good PCM with NO chip/tuner/programmer and attempt to start. If still no WTS, check fuse #22. If blown, DON'T replace it. Disconnect the fuel bowl heater, THEN replace.

You obviously didn't replace the crank position sensor; there isn't one. If you replaced the CAM position sensor, what brand did you buy?
