Steering Box plus awd

I just had my steering box replaced cause it was leaking....got the truck back and now the steering doesnt feel right...I used to turn it so easily in tight spaces now its tough feels like that that speed senstive steering not working....dealer told me only thing they did is remove pitman arm remove lines and remove box and just replace... asked my fieght mechanic and he said maybe pump is bad and I asked could they mix up lines and said its simple pitman arm two lines and there two different sizes and also theyre self bleeding. No noise from pump seems to work fine but if the box was leaking it shouldnt have effect steering input as long the the pump had fliud....should it ???????? AWD????I had the truck up on stands the other day and found something strange I turned the left front whell and the whole drivetrain moved from hubs to rear end...???? Is that right and I dont hear any noise or shifting when I go from AWD to 4WD H not a sound. I thought that it was in 2wd drive and when the rear end lose traction the front kicked in not all turn as one ....no wonder im getting bas gas mileage its turning all those parts instead of just the front hubs spinning free but the way its anywhere from 12.5 to 13.5 mostly stop and go traffic and how heavy my right fornt is I know it goes 4WDH locks the transfer case and 4WDL locks front diffs and hubs but I never driving a truck with AWDI just dont know.....If anybody has any answers or comments pls let me know You guys have more experence than me with theses EXPYs than I do only had 4months...but I love her...
