leak between block and head. Head gasket failure?

2002 Lincoln Navigator RWD
5.4L 4v
199K

i was looking for a small oil leak coming from under the vehicle and found out it was a leak coming from the oil filter adapter gasket( replacement pictures and info i will post in another post for others to see).

upon looking under i notice between the block and the head where the Head Gasket is an oily residue between the head and the block. check the passenger side and notice the same issue. not sure if this is normal for the mileage of this vehicle or if it is an early indication of a head gasket failure about to happen?

The vehicle is running normal as can be, there is no lost of power or oil in the antifreeze or antifreeze in the oil. I have both oil change and antifreeze service about a month ago and was normal.

First I would pressure wash the engine and clean those spots up. Then I'd wait so see if the spots return. No need to go and fix anything if it's simply dirty areas.
