I'm trying to determine if the green and black wires going to my accumulator are power. Or if they are part of the clutch cycling switch. (Trying to find the clutch cycling switch wires, so I can short them and test if the switch is what isn't working.)
I assume that you are talking about the AC system. If that is the case no the accumulator does not need power. The wires going to there hook to a pressure switch that cycles the clutch on the ac compressor when the pressure gets above a certian point in the accumulator. Jump those wires together and the compressor clutch should cycle.
