In case you are not a Bronco guy, that is a 78/79 Bronco with a 75 to 77 grill in it. And for the next one, they did not make a bump side Bronco EVER. Let alone a ext cab Bronco either.

I loosely recall there is a consecutive number split either 75/76 or 76/77 regarding clear versus amber turn signal lenses.
Also, clear lenses were separate from the housing and ambers were integral to the housing... or something like that.
