power steering help

I have a 79 f-250 4x4 and the power steering jerks when I turn. I have replaced the hoses and it does'nt leak....help

Air Lock try bleeding the system

The best way I've found to bleed mine is to jack up the front end to just barely touching the ground, then start the engine and turn the wheel fully to left and right slow. Check your fluid level often. This should take care of any air you might have.
