Hello everyone I got some questions and I hope I can get some answers. I have a 1973 F-100 custom with a short bed. The bed itself measures 7ft long. However I can't find a 7ft bed for the vehicle or 7ft bed parts. Does any one know if there are 7ft beds out there?

 

are you measuring inside or outside? I think bed measurements are usually the inside length with the tailgate close.

 

From outer edge to outer edge in measuring 7ft on the dot but on the inside I'm measuring 81in. Would that make it a 6.75ft bed?? And if so where do I find parts for the bed. In every catalog and website I'm finding 8ft log bed OEM parts galore but no short beds.
