Brain scratcher

I'll start from the beginning been doing lots of mods lately

97 F350 ts6 baby swamps t500 6637 filter efuel truck has always ran fine no issues at all would even fire up at 20 degrees out without being plugged in hasn't been that cold lately but I'm sure it still would

Couple weeks ago put some baby swamps in changed oil and filter that was all ran great after that no issues at all after air was worked out of the system

A week or so later my t500 came in along with new lines new ipr, icp this is when the problems started

When the engine is cold starts up fine no extended crank sounds quiet not loud like it used to be put chip on high idle for a few seconds turn it back to any tune rpms drop and it stalls same with hitting the pedal, with the engine warm and high idle it'll drop but catch itself and idle normal.... but hit the pedal to 2k for a few seconds and it'll die

Took it on a highway drive 60 miles away after about 30 miles check engine light comes on notice the hpop gauge is at about 2000 psi where normally it's around 1000 ish at cruising speed come to a light at idle hpop is showing 1000 psi

Shut the truck off do my business where I was come out fires up and idles normal I figure air in system still so I start romping on her took off from light half to 3/4 throttle let off for next light it dies, fires right back up

With the chip on high idle the hpop psi goes to around 1k but then drops to 500 can't remember if it did that before

Figure it's a bad ipr put the old one back in no dice old icp no dice I'm lost don't have anything to scan for codes but can track one down if need be or get an app for live data

Could it be the t500 or maybe fuel filters fuel press is at 65-70 no-one around me has them had to order them this has got me lost thanks for any help

Sounds like you have a biased ICP sensor or maybe a bad pigtail/harness that you've disturbed when installing the pump.

Really need to see what ICP and IPR D/C and PSI are reading

Also knowing what that code was will really help in the diagnosis.

Do you have proper tuning for the injectors?

Unplugged icp fired it up it romped a few times then died check engine light on

No haven't got the chip reburned but that's the thing it ran fine idle and otherwise before I did the hpop and ipr

now the idle just seems off doesn't have that grunt and crisp idle so to speak plus the stalling after letting of the throttle

I have pulled the chip to see if it made any difference but no dice
