Yet another mystery item

I keep finding mystery items in this new, old truck of mine. 2008 F250 XL Super cab. Could be something attached to ceiling panel because there are screw holes and rectangular indentations on both sides indicating something was there.

this looks to be plastic, possibly decorative, not sure is the pic actual size?

Hard plastic. Diameter of inside circle is 1 1/16. From end to end piece is 2 1/4". It is even possible that the piece has nothing to do with the truck.

I have attached a picture of the rectangular indentation described above.

True this may be nothing at all I can't think of where this would be.
