Luverne Nerf Bars

I am looking at the Luverne Regal 7" Oval Steps for my 2012 F450 Crew Cab. What are your thoughts on these? This is a farm truck, and I am 300lbs. I need something that will tough and dependable. Also, the reason for 7" is so my father has better footing to get in the truck.(back and legs issues)
