spark plug wires

Just bought my first Big Bronco, 79 with 400 stock. I guess i need spark plug wires. Would any V8 wires fit this old engine, because in my country (Saudi Arabia) only Chevy Spares are available.

Appreciate your (remote) help.

The wire itself is going to be the same wether it's a chevy or a ford. The thing top look for is the ends and wether they're male or female on the distributor end, and also wether they're of the right length to reach the plugs and not leave a lot of hanging wire. I don't know what type of connection is made at the distributor of a 400, but over the years chevys were made with both male and female connections. Sorry I can't be more help. I guess it's just trial and error from here out, but it shouldn't be too tough to find a set that will work. Good luck!
