Winch+toolbox bumper?

Browsing Craigslist tonight and saw a camper special f150 being sold with a winch+toolbox bumper sold on the side.

Messaged them about purchasing the bumper separately, anyone know what would be a fair price for a bumped like this? Also, how rare is this? Never seen anything like it before.

If I remember right Warn had something similar to it years ago..maybe. I like the idea, but if looks like a snagger when off roading.
